We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to uphold our excellent patient care standards with one-on-one treatments and contribute to our welcoming and collaborative culture. This position will have opportunities to help our clinics located in the Woodridge, Wheaton, and Elgin, IL areas.

We are looking for a physical therapist who can create a patient experience that embodies the Doctors of Physical Therapy vision: to ensure outcomes via evidence- based practice and literature supported treatment which maximizes patient service, quality care, and clinical efficiency.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities
Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards
Develop a comprehensive plan of care for each patient based on initial evaluation findings.
Understand reimbursement standards by insurance carrier and be able to design a clinically superior patient program that allows for heightened patient success.
Demonstrate consistent Compliance excellence by (not limited to):Develop short and long-term goals for patients
Implement plan of care. Provide comprehensive therapy treatment to improve patient well-being and return to optimized functionality.
Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in the ongoing treatment of the patient.
Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve benefits of physical therapy.
Plan and execute discharge of patient
Maintain contemporary knowledge in physical therapy practice through educational workshops, continuing education, etc.
Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner including, but not limited to, other health care professionals, insurance companies, third party payers, case managers, etc.

Skills Proven work experience as a physical therapist
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
Current knowledge of treatment practices
Professional behavior
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Valid physical therapist license
