Outpatient Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | Chattanooga TN | $10K Sign-On + PSLF

Nealy Pierce is partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Chattanooga, TN area to hire a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist. This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based outpatient role, open to new graduate PTs and experienced physical therapists.
Compensation & Benefits:
PSLF eligibility through nonprofit hospital employer
4+ weeks PTO
Hospital health, dental, and vision benefits (active after 30 days)
Retirement plan with employer contribution
Ideal Candidate:
DPT or MPT from an accredited program
New grad PTs and experienced outpatient physical therapists welcome
Active or pending Tennessee PT license
Strong communicator across all levels of care
