We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at South Campus In-House Subacute Rehabilitation in Leesburg, FL. Key Responsibilities
Assessments : Perform physical evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Treatment Delivery : Implement hands-on therapy including exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy.
Collaboration : Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Progress Monitoring : Track and adjust treatment plans based on patient outcomes.
Patient Education : Teach patients and caregivers strategies for improved mobility and daily function.
Documentation : Keep accurate, up-to-date records as per regulations.
Qualifications
Education : Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
Licensure : Current Physical Therapy license in Florida.
Experience : Preferred in subacute or similar settings but open to new graduates.
Skills : Strong communication, time management, and treatment adaptation skills.
