Compensation:
Salary: $50-$55/hr based on experience
$10,000 Sign On Bonus!!! Only valid for full time employees that did not receive a sign on bonus with us in the past.

Shifts Available: Full Time 8hr Day
Position: Physical Therapist ( PT )
Location: Decatur Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, AL

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Mentor and guide therapy staff
Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of AL
2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
