Physical Therapist (PT) | Non-Profit Hospital | Acute
Highlights & Benefits
Full Time Acute Role
Mentorship from an experienced multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
~6 patients per day with rigid productivity requirements
Diverse workload of stroke, ortho, neuro, and general patients
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm , 1 in 4 weekend rotation
CEU: $1,500 per year to continue professional development
Sign-on Bonus: $7,500
Relocation Assistance: $2,000 for out-of-state candidates
2.5+ weeks of PTO
Medical/dental/vision insurance and 4% 401k match
About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent role in a supportive hospital-based acute care clinic. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to patient care and looking to invest in a meaningful career rather than just another “job.”
Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Open to New Graduates and Experienced Therapists
Is detail-oriented but able to see the big picture
Communicates effectively across all levels
