Physical Therapist | Non-Profit Hospital | Acute Care
Highlights & Benefits
Full-Time Acute Care Position
Mentorship from multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
6-7 patients per day with rigid productivity requirements
Diverse caseload of stroke, ortho, cardio, neuro, and general
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00, 1in4 weekend rotation
CEU Support: $1,500 per year to continue professional development
Sign-on Bonus: $8,000
Relocation Assistance: $2,000 for out-of-state candidates
3+ weeks of PTO
Medical/dental/vision insurance and 401k 4% retirement match
About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent role in a supportive hospital-based acute care clinic. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to patient care and looking to invest in a meaningful career rather than just another “job.”
Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Open to New Graduates and Experienced Therapists
Is detail-oriented but able to see the big picture
Communicates effectively across all levels
