Physical Therapist | Acute Care | Non-Profit Hospital

Typically 10 patients/day
$8,000 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation assistance
Diverse Environment: ICU, Strokes, TBI, Ortho, General Neuro caseload
Work on a strong & experienced acute team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and supporting PTAs/PT Technicians
8 am - 4:30 pm: Open to 4/10s
1in4 weekend rotation
Generous PTO - 20+ days/year
Full-time, permanent position
About the Physical Therapist Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.
Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Acute Care experience preferred (but strong new grads will be considered)
Team player who adapts well to changing high-acuity caseloads
Servant leader mindset
