Physical Therapist (PT)

nLocation: Austin, TX
nThe Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician's orders when applicable.
nMinimum Requirements:
nnnCurrent licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice
n
nnGraduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
n
nnOne (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred
n
nnCurrent CPR if applicable
n
nnTB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
n
nnCurrent Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
n
nnMust meet all federal, state and local requirements
n
nnMust be at least 18 years of age
