Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Benton, AR

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Benton, AR. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation interventions

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and families on recovery plans and home exercise programs

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocols

Must-Have Qualifications Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active Physical Therapist License in the state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)

Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

Nice-To-Have Qualifications Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings

Prior clinical experience as a Physical Therapist

Required Skills Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and within a team

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

High level of professionalism and adaptability

Education & Certification Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent required)

Active State PT License

BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire)

Work Environment Healthcare / Rehabilitation setting

Fast-paced and patient-focused environment

Collaborative multidisciplinary team
