Physical Therapist (PT) – Contract (SNF)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel or Permanent
Hours: 36 hours/week
Compensation: $88/hour
Schedule
Full-time (36 hrs/week)
Schedule based on facility needs
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop PT treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Implement gait training, strengthening, and transfer training
Monitor progress and update care plans
Document patient care accurately and timely
Requirements
Certification in Physical Therapy
SNF or rehab experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
