Overview
n Department: Physical Therapy - INPATIENT REHAB
Schedule: Per Diem (On call) schedule is 8am-4:30pm.
Facility: Resurrection Medical Center
Location: 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631
n n Why Work as a PRN Physical Therapist at Resurrection Medical Center? Practice at the Top of Your License: Evaluate and treat high-acuity patients in a fast-paced setting, focusing on early mobilization and critical decision-making for complex medical and surgical cases.
Drive Discharge Excellence: Play a pivotal role in the care continuum by determining the safest next steps for patients, collaborating directly with physicians and case managers to reduce readmissions.
Experience Clinical Variety: Rotate through diverse units—including the ICU, Step-down, and Med-Surg—utilizing advanced equipment to help patients regain independence during the most critical phase of their recovery.
n nResponsibilities
nProvides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.
nQualifications
nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
nn1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
n2. Current state Physical Therapy license.
n3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

nPay Transparency
nResurrection Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is a flat rate of $48.17/hr The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
