Location: AllCare Physical Therapy, Santa Fe, NM

TIRED OF THE HIGH-VOLUME PT MILL?

Are you an evidence-based physical therapist exhausted by 20+ patient daily quotas, double-booking, and spending your evenings writing notes at the dinner table?

At AllCare Physical Therapy, we believe great orthopedic rehabilitation requires time, clinical autonomy, and the right team around you. We are a practice where your clinical judgment actually matters.

We don't rush patients through a conveyor belt. We focus on movement, function, and long-term outcomes, helping our patients get back to the lives they want, whether that's walking with confidence after surgery, keeping up with the grandkids, or getting back on the golf course.

AllCare Physical Therapy is proudly part of the Professional Therapy Partners family of clinics, so if you hear from our recruiting team under that name, that's us!

WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

SUSTAINABLE CASELOAD: A sustainable caseload averaging 12 patients per day, so you have time to actually treat, not just manage traffic.

TEAM-SUPPORTED MODEL: You lead the plan of care from evaluation through discharge, with techs and PTAs supporting you so you can focus on the clinical work that matters most.

DOCUMENTATION THAT STAYS AT WORK: We use WebPT with AI-assisted documentation, built to help you finish your notes during clinic hours instead of at your kitchen table.

NO WEEKENDS: Our clinic is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Your weekends are yours.

PATIENT DEMOGRAPHIC: Primarily post-operative and outpatient orthopedic patients, including many older adults working to regain strength, balance, mobility, and independence.

CLINICAL AUTONOMY: Full freedom to evaluate, diagnose, and execute treatment plans using your own clinical reasoning, without corporate scripts.

BASE SALARY: $90,000 to $120,000 per year (commensurate with clinical experience and board certifications such as OCS).

PROFIT-SHARING BONUS: Eligible to share in clinic profits tied to patient volume. When the clinic does well, you do too.

CONTINUING EDUCATION: $1,500 annual CEU allowance PLUS 5 dedicated, paid CEU days off per year.

RETIREMENT: 401(k) program with a 4% employer match (100% vested).

HEALTH BENEFITS: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING: Full-time and part-time options available.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.

Licensure: Valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Mexico (or eligible for New Mexico licensure).

NPI: Active National Provider Identifier (or the ability to obtain one before your start date).

Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but driven new graduates with strong clinical rotation backgrounds are encouraged to apply!

Core Competencies: Passionate about designing evidence-based treatment plans, communicating effectively with patients and their families, and collaborating with a high-standard clinical team.

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

AllCare Physical Therapy and Professional Therapy Partners are Equal Opportunity Employers. All qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
