Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time
$48-$52/hour Depending on Experience

In-house therapy team with local clinical leadership
Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility based on patient needs

Every Day You Will Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
Collaborate with nursing, providers, and therapy colleagues
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
Support safe discharge planning and patient education
Document care accurately and efficiently
Contribute to positive clinical outcomes
To Be Successful In This Role You Must
Hold an active Colorado Physical Therapist license
Be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Thrive in a collaborative rehabilitation environment
