Job description
Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation
Schedule: Day Shift:
Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited college or university
Current California Physical Therapy license or eligible for registration
A valid California driver's license when travel is required
AHA BLS certification
One to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
EPIC and Cerner experience required
Membership in APTA preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and supervise therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
Educate patients and families on exercises and the rehabilitation process.
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
