Physical Therapist (PT) - Join Our Team at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care!
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care in Hadley, Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiorespiratory impairments
Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities
Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, pain management, and self-care strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements:
Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program
Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
