Highland Springs Post Acute, a renowned post-acute care provider, is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.
About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist at Highland Springs Post Acute, you will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing environment. You will establish treatment plans and treat patients using a variety of methods, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hand-on therapy, and equipment to ease patient's pain and help them increase their mobility. You will also maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing environment
Establish treatment plans and treat patients using a variety of methods
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Must have completed an accredited program and possess a valid VA Physical Therapist license
