nSalary: $95,000 - $105,800 / Paid on a Pay Per Point basis. The compensation reflected on this posting, is an estimate of annual compensation for full time status.
nSchedule: M-F 8am-5pm

nBe the Best Home Health Physical Therapist You Can Be
nIf you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
nnnMinimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
n
nnPreferred community/home health experience
n
n nRequired Certifications and Licensures:
nnnMaster’s degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist education program
n
nnCurrently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
n
nnMust possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
n
nnMust be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
n
