We are a locally owned and operated home health agency with over 20 years of experience. As a Physical Therapist (PT) PRN, you will render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient's home.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or related field
One (1) year working in a home health setting is required
Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
Active PT license in Virginia
Valid driver's license
