Job description
Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation
Schedule
Weekend coverage may be required.
Assignment Details
Productivity expectation is at least 27 points per week, with a guarantee of 36 hours. Traveler must be willing to travel outside the area as needed.
Requirements
Current California PT License
BLS Certification
Drug screen
Physical examination
Annual TB test
MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), and annual Flu vaccinations
Driver's License and auto insurance
Responsibilities
Conduct initial patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
Educate patients and their families on treatment expectations and home exercise programs.
Document patient care services performed in accordance with facility standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
