n nYour Role
nn Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
n Implement therapy programs focused on strength, balance, and mobility improvement.
n Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safe recovery.
n Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
n Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
n nWhat You Bring
nn Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Arizona.
n Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
n Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
n Prior home health experience preferred — new graduates with passion and initiative are encouraged to apply!
