Full Time – Home Health Visits – Physical Therapist
San Manuel, Oracle, Mammoth Territory
$10,000 Incentive with Full Time Commitment

What You'll Do
As a BAYADA PT, you'll help clients regain independence where they feel safest – at home. You will:
Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
Document care using our intuitive EMR system

Qualifications
Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
Graduation from an accredited PT program
Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
