Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist needed in Houlton, ME
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore this opportunity in Houlton, ME. This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Federally Qualified Health Center.
Salary and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $98,000 Based on years of experience
Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days)
80% for Employee
50% for Employee & Spouse or Employee & Children
40% for Family Plan

Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums
Life Insurance at 2x annual salary

120 hours of paid vacation

Responsibilities
Monday Friday
100% outpatient
Full Support Staff
Restoring patient s function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities
Will assume a leadership role in rehab, prevention, health maintenance, and programs that promote health, wellness, and fitness along with developing standards for the physical therapist practice
Requirements
Graduate of a 4 year accredited program of physical therapy and 2 years of experience OR Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
Clear and active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
