Assignment Details Position is a part-time contract for 13 weeks with a guaranteed 30 hours per week.
Requirements Less than 1 year of experience required.
Responsibilities Provide patient care according to assignments and scope of practice. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure positive patient outcomes. Document patient care and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care plans.
