Physical Therapist (PT) | Inpatient Rehab (IPR) | Sign-On Bonus
Now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Inpatient Rehab position at a community medical center in Cookeville, TN. Work in a dedicated IPR unit at a respected Trauma Center, with a diverse caseload.
Highlights/Benefits
IPR caseload focused 40% on orthopedic, 30% neurological, and 30% general medical cases
Typically 18-20 patients per day with 60-90 minute treatment sessions for in-depth, care-oriented goals
Interdisciplinary rehab team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, rehab nursing, physiatry, and strong support staff
Monday-Friday schedule with 1in7 weekend rotation coverage
$5,000 sign-on bonus
$5,000 Relocation reimbursement available for qualifying applicants
Paid Time Off (PTO) package featuring 15+ days per year
Comprehensive benefits package including retirement (401k) with 3% match
What we're looking for:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
TN state PT license or eligibility for licensure
Interest or experience in neuro rehab preferred
New grads with an IPR rotation considered
Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
