Job description
Physical Therapist
Schedule: 8D shift
Assignment Details
13 - 26 week commitment with start date on October 26. 40 guaranteed hours per week.
Requirements
Active license required
General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training
Less than 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation goals and procedures
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
