n nResponsibilities
nWe are seeking a compassionate and driven clinician to join our dynamic acute care and inpatient rehab teams. This unique role offers the opportunity to float between acute care and inpatient rehab, providing comprehensive services across the continuum. This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy fast-paced environments, critical thinking and daily collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
nnnInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
n
nnTimely and accurate documentation
n
nnInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
n
nnEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
n
nnPromoting continuous quality improvement
n
nnInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed
n
n nQualifications
nnnCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
n
nnCertified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.
