nAbout the Role:
nMagnolia Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care. We believe in treating every patient as an individual and giving our therapists the time and autonomy to deliver exceptional care.
nWe're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love. You'll manage your own caseload from the initial evaluation through discharge, building meaningful relationships while creating personalized treatment plans that produce lasting results.
nResponsibilities:
nEvaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
nAdminister therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to support patient recovery
nMonitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
nEducate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
nCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
nUphold a positive, motivating clinic environment that supports patient outcomes
nRequirements:
nDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
nActive Texas PT license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
nCPR/BLS certification required
nExperience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred
nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities
nCompassionate, team-oriented, and self-motivated professional
nAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
nTwo or more years of experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
