Physical Therapist (PT) Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and caring Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a vital role in developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help our patients achieve their optimal health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and range of motion
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Stay current with latest research, trends, and best practices in physical therapy
