Location: Marysville, CA
Rate: $75/hour

Blue United Sourcing is looking for a Physical Therapist to join a rehab team at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Marysville. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with residents, support their recovery, and be part of a team that values quality care and professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality physical therapy to SNF residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulations
Participate in care planning and rehab program development
Support a culture of teamwork, engagement, and patient-centered care
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
Experience in skilled nursing, outpatient, or rehab settings preferred
Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused mindset
Someone who values collaboration, reliability, and consistency
