Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapists, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. You'll collaborate with skilled interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct through patient evaluation and create personalized care plans.
Provide skilled therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and modalities
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plan as needed.
Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility strategies
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare staff to optimize care.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Maryland
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to providing compassionate care
Full knowledge of resident's rights.
