Physical Therapist | Neuro Inpatient rehab | Not-For-Profit Hospital
Highlights & Benefits
Non-profit hospital neuro-focused Inpatient Rehab
Neuro-focused caseload: stroke, TBI, SCI, and general Ortho
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Continued Education: $1,500 per year to continue professional development
Eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
4 weeks of Paid time off (PTO)
Realistic productivity expectations: ~7 patients per day, 60-90 min treats/evals
Advanced rehab tech (Litegate, Bioness, Core Balance), private rooms
Medical/dental/vision insurance and 401k retirement match (4%)
Qualifications & Requirements
DPT or MPT from an accredited program, active or pending state PT license
New grads and experienced PTs welcome
Strong communicator across staff, patients, and families
Collaborative, servant-leader mindset
