Our Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary, patient-centered outpatient clinic offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy-without the constraints of a hospital-based system.n nWe are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about neurologic rehabilitation and specialty care to join our growing team in Ridgefield, CT.n nWhy This Role Stands Out nnNeurologic & Specialty Focus: Parkinson's Disease, vestibular rehab, balance disorders, and complex cases

n nWhat You'll Do nnEvaluate and treat patients with a focus on neurologic and functional outcomes
nDevelop individualized plans of care with an emphasis on quality and progression
nCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
nUtilize innovative tools including HEP platforms, outcomes tracking, and RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring)
nBuild meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers
n nWhat We're Looking For nnLicensed PT in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
nInterest or experience in neurologic rehabilitation (training available)
nStrong clinical reasoning and communication skills
nA clinician who values patient-centered, high-quality care

Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and plan terms.n nCompensation: nOur target pay range listed for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting.
