Location: Fayetteville, PA | Schedule: Full-time

What You'll Do
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence
Collaborate with nursing and care teams to support resident outcomes
Educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress
Maintain accurate documentation and therapy records
What You'll Have
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required
Experience in short-term rehabilitation or acute rehab preferred but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping seniors achieve their highest level of function
