Physical Therapist | Full-Time | Occupational Medicine | 301 Dodson Street Midland, TX 79701

This unique opportunity allows you to combine traditional outpatient physical therapy with occupational medicine services, creating a dynamic and rewarding career path. Whether you're an experienced therapist looking to expand your expertise or a new graduate eager to develop specialized skills, you'll be supported by a collaborative team and a culture focused on professional growth and exceptional patient care.

At Midland Physical Therapy, you'll work with a diverse patient population while gaining hands-on experience in both outpatient rehabilitation and occupational medicine. Develop individualized plans of care designed to optimize patient outcomes and functional recovery.

Perform evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Collaborate with patients, physicians, employers, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Participate in occupational medicine services, including training in DOT-regulated physicals, audiometric testing, pulmonary function testing, and fitness-for-duty assessments.

Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, workplace ergonomics, and home exercise programs.

Document patient care accurately utilizing the Raintree EMR platform.

Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.

Maintain a manageable caseload environment, typically averaging approximately 50 visits per week for full-time outpatient clinicians.

Contribute to a culture of clinical learning, collaboration, and peer support.
