You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while collaborating with a supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes and patient experiences.Your RolePhysical Therapist (PT)Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.Work within a manageable outpatient caseload environment focused on quality patient care.Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
