Inova Physical Therapy - Springfield is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role will be a Full Time, Day Shift. Clinic Hours are Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-4pm (2 evening shifts until 7pm required)

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsibilities: Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable)
Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start
Preferred Qualifications: Physical Therapist (PT) experience
Vestibular experience
