Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while continuing to grow professionally. Whether you're an experienced clinician seeking your next opportunity or a new graduate ready to launch your career, you'll be supported by a collaborative team, ongoing professional development, and the resources of a nationally recognized therapy organization committed to helping clinicians thrive.

At Endeavor Physical Therapy's North Central Austin location, you'll work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population in a clinic known for individualized, evidence-based care. Clinicians treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions affecting the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, elbows, hands, and ankles, as well as patients recovering from surgery and injury. Treatment approaches may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and customized rehabilitation programs designed to maximize mobility, function, and quality of life. You'll join a team that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient relationships.

Your Role:

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.

Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.

Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.

Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.

Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.

Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.

Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
