Job description

Physical Therapist | Full-Time | Outpatient

Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our East Austin outpatient team. If you're passionate about helping patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work in a supportive, clinician-led environment. Whether you're an experienced Physical Therapist or a new graduate ready to begin your career, you'll be supported with mentorship, professional development, and the resources needed to grow with confidence.

At our East Austin clinic, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population in a setting focused on personalized, hands-on care. The East Austin team supports patients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, improving mobility, and working through orthopedic and functional limitations. Clinical care may include physical therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and dizziness treatment, chronic pain care, concussion management, dry needling, and treatment for back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, foot, ankle, headache, and arthritis-related conditions.

Your Role:

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.

Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.

Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, chronic pain, balance, dizziness, concussion, and mobility-related conditions.

Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.

Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.

Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.

Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.

Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
