Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports-related, post-operative, vestibular, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare providers to support positive patient outcomes.
Use Raintree EMR and available technology to maintain accurate and efficient clinical documentation.
Provide patient-centered care while supporting functional improvement and rehabilitation goals.
Required Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or qualifying equivalent.
Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain it as required.
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to evidence-informed care, teamwork, and positive patient outcomes.
