Job description
Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation
8-hour day shifts.
Primarily inpatient and outpatient care, as needed. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience required. Hospital swing bed program.
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license
Experience with EMR systems, specifically Web PT and TruBridge
Familiarity with swing bed programs
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Document all patient interactions and progress in EMR system
Provide education and support to patients and their families
