nJob Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible extended hours available)

nWhat You'll Do

nAs our Physical Therapist, you'll carry a diverse outpatient caseload across the lifespan, delivering individualized care and helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. Day to day, you will:

nEvaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of outpatient conditions

nDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

nMonitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to drive meaningful outcomes

nDocument care accurately and efficiently in our EMR system

nCollaborate with a supportive clinical team and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers

nContribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience that keeps referrals coming back

nWhat We're Looking For

nDPT or MPT from an accredited program (required)

nActive NC PT license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

nStrong clinical reasoning and confidence treating a diverse patient population

nA collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning

nExcellent communication and documentation skills

nAbility to perform CPR and emergency first aid

nSchedule

nMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (core hours)

nWork Environment

nOutpatient clinical setting with modern equipment, a collaborative team, and a patient-first philosophy. Light to moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods, hands-on manual techniques, and use of therapeutic equipment.
