Join our outpatient team in Red Oak, Texas, as a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) . We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who want a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and opportunities to grow.
What you can expect:
Monday–Friday outpatient schedule
Approximately 10–12 patient visits per day

At Physical Therapy Today, you’ll treat a diverse outpatient population with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, sports injuries, balance and vestibular conditions, chronic pain, arthritis, and work-related injuries.
Your Role
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with clinicians and support staff
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
CPR certification, if applicable
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
