At our Richmond clinic, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while developing meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients. Your Role:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.

Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life.

Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and movement dysfunctions.

Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support team members to support strong patient outcomes.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.

Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes.

Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
