Physical Therapist | Full-Time | Outpatient
Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Spring Branch, Texas. At Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, our patients are people, not numbers. You'll work with a diverse outpatient population while delivering individualized, evidence-based care for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, vestibular disorders, balance and gait impairments, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The Spring Branch clinic offers a unique rehabilitation environment featuring advanced equipment, aquatic therapy resources, a heated indoor exercise pool, and a strong emphasis on hands-on care designed to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.
Your Role:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, vestibular, balance, gait, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
