Job DescriptionSigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a part time Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility .

\ N Duties of an exceptional therapist include:
\ N Evaluate residents conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
\ N Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
\ N Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
\ N Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
\ N Maintain residentconfidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
\ N Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
\ N Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort
\ N PT Requirements Include:
\ N Graduate ofan accredited Physical Therapy Program
\ N Current New York State PT License
