Job description
We are hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

nResponsibilities:
nnProvide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
nPrepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
nEstablish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities
nTravel to nearby centers as needed
n nQualifications:
nnValid State PT License and Credentials
nSNF and/or Acute care experience
