Physical Therapist Qualifications:
Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations

Reporting to one facility location and/or close to home caseloads
$51 - $64 an hour
