Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Per Diem | O'ahu, HI Potential to Earn $100,000–$120,000/Year Pay: * PT: $80 per visit * PTA: $55–$60 per visit Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required) Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients About Us We're a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu, dedicated to fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors stay safe and independent at home.
