Physical Therapist (PT) & PTA - North Shore O'ahu | Flexible Opportunities
Potential to Earn $100,000-$120,000/Year
Pay:
PT: $80 per visit
PTA : $55-$60 per visit Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required) Schedule: Flexible / Per diem - choose your own patients

We're currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.

Responsibilities
Provide in-home physical therapy visits
Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
Requirements
Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
