PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) – SKILLED NURSING FACILITY – BISHOP, CA - URGENT
Facility: Bishop Care Center
Location: Bishop, CA
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Assignment: 4 weeks with option to extend
Start: ASAP
Shift: Days
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $78–$80/hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,120–$3,200/week
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 4 weeks with option to extend

Skilled Nursing Facility
40-hour guaranteed work week
Opportunity for extension after initial 4-week assignment
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Strong patient evaluation and treatment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
